For the record that is not why the case was decided for OPA. My attorney inexplicably missed not one but two filing deadlines for responding. The judge had enough. When my attorney called me to explain his negligence he fully admitted that I could bring charges against him for failing to represent me.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I have this bridge you might be interested in purchasing. 
I did not say the board, as an entity, gave the order to fire Peck or withdraw the offer to hire her. As for “at will,” anyone who followed the Douty case is very aware of that. |
