Nate~ As a former HR professional you should know that any “at will” company or organization does not have to give a reason for termination or reason for not hiring. All they have to say is that they are exercising their right to terminate “at will”. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Nate - I have been a HR Exec for 36 years and know HR /employment law. I read the forum regarding “allegations” that the board was involved in this issue. I was unaware. Totally outrageous claim. so nothing is diminished. You being a former HR professional should be well aware of employment law and what at will means |
