For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You have asked me a question I cannot answer. As to last year's election, the problems that arose came after the vote was announced and certified which in retrospect probably goes well beyond hic-up, kerfuffle and the like. With some planning we might be able to avoid that problem this year. We have a chance to learn from past errors. Steve Jacobs |
