For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You are correct as to the dates. I cannot answer whether the contract was reviewed by Counsel, that is a question that should be directed to the committee chair, the board liaison and/or the President. The issue as to conflicting dates is one that I pointed out at the Board meeting when the changes to M-06 were considered. I believe there is an agreement for the M-06 and its attachments to be reviewed, edited where necessary and to comport with our Bylaws. The fact is we did not have time to do that this year due to a variety of circumstances - - change in committee, new procedures and decisions, new contractor etc. No question we must do better.
