For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: With some planning we might be able to avoid that problem this year. We have a chance to learn from past errors. The problem last year was caused by a decision to send a single ballot to owners of multiple lots and then counting those paper ballots as only one vote. We have already avoided that problem this year, so I am not sure what you mean. |
