For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: WOW - one SCREW UP after another with this election!!! No more secrecy as your ballot is returned to an office building location (no longer to a secure PO BOX) and can also now be tampered with based on your name and who you voted for... Not OK As both Marty Clarke and I pointed out, there is no OPA requirement for a secret ballot. Nor is it the first time that lot owners' names were on ballot return envelopes. Below is a return envelope from the 2001 election Note the lot owner's name on the envelope. Strangely, not one association member, if I recall correctly, suggested the return ballot would be "tampered with based on your name and who you voted for."
