For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe as you know I have a little knowledge of this subject and you are 100% Correct about the Parke. The reason that list is so big has only 1 answer: THE BOARD plain and simple. They don't have or want to deal with MINOR things as they say. Minor turn into Major! Follow the rules or change them. That list could be cleaned up VERY fast I promise you. EASY Plus it would be a lot of fun on the Forum hearing the rule breakers cry they were treated unfair.
