I cannot quote the exact numbers but in 2009-2011 that LIST could have been written on a Napkin! I had GM support along with the Board at ONE time. We then had a Board that started down that road of " Find BIGGER Fish to fry than trash cans and campers" ! Once that approach is taken then you get what you got now: A BIG LIST ! The Arc Committee plays a role don't get me wrong, but they have ZERO power without the Board, some may beg to differ BUT>>>>>>>>>>
