The Arc Committee plays a role don't get me wrong, but they have ZERO power without the Board, some may beg to differ.
I would not be one of them. In the past I have had friends who were CPI inspectors who expressed frustration at the lack of Board follow up when violations were reported. It got to the extent when some of the inspectors just said, the hell with it, if they don't care why should I? I have also had friends on the Board who flat out told me that they have better things to do than worry about garbage cans or other what they considered "minor" violations. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I cannot quote the exact numbers but in 2009-2011 that LIST could have been written on a Napkin! I had GM support along with the Board at ONE time. We then had a Board that started down that road of " Find BIGGER Fish to fry than trash cans and campers" ! Once that approach is taken then you get what you got now: A BIG LIST !
