John, many years ago I was having dinner in a restaurant in "Old Fort Worth" called "The Cattleman's" which was known far and wide as having the best steaks in Texas and, that's saying something. I had a chance to talk to the chef and he told me the very best steak was a Rib Steak, he said they had the best flavor and texture of any, period!
What say you? |
