For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bob I also remember eating there on many occasions. There steaks were always good. As to the Ribeye being the best many would agree. It is because of the fat marbling that runs thru out it. It use to be my favorite however now I prefer the NY strip. As I do not eat the fat I found the added expense not worth it. Also there are a lot of other factors that go into a great steak. Again Just my opinion |
