Who in the hell has

a) the time

b) the mental wherewithal 

to go out and buy a bunch of ornaments with the intention of using them to insult someone,drive to a park, and put them on a tree in a place public setting? What is this person, five years old?

And then the other group [allegedly, possibly]stealing signs like high schoolers stealing a rival school’s mascot before homecoming… like, what? 

All of these people need to get themselves off of Facebook. They are entirely too online.
