Authorized by who? I have always believed the ECC didn’t have the authority or right to enter onto a private lot in Ocean Pines without the permission of the owner. My attorney believes the same and prevailed when push came to shove. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Upon further review, it is only the signs on OPA common property that can be removed by OPA under new guidelines. Per OPA counsel Bruce Bright new guidelines say, "Unauthorized signs on a member's lot will be addressed by CPI through the M-01 enforcement process, and anyone not complying will eventually bear attorneys fees incurred by OPA. The current guidelines are different and say: A. Removal of Unauthorized Signs and Flags. Any sign or flag not adhering to the requirements of this section may be removed by an authorized agent of the Association. |
