You need to get a legal opinion. There was no “case” reference in 1986 because the OPA admitted they were wrong, made Caliban whole and we in turn dropped all charges.
What happened to the ECC guy you said you had arrested? OPA making any settlement with you is not case law, afaik. Isn’t removing a unapproved sign a matter of maintenance?
Joe Moore always regaled new boards with the Article 14 case where OPA practically rebuilt a home at the entrance to Clubhouse Drive. Roof, siding, etc. However, it is rarely used. |

Article 14 deals with maintenance and not signs. Speaking of Article 14, when was the last time the OPA used it? I can’t remember.
