Only answer I am aware of might be - the board declares the project an emergency.
Section 5.13(d), sub c. c A referendum is not required for emergency repair of existing facilities. Repair: to put something that is damaged, broken, or not working correctly, back into good condition or make it work again: Is the Southgate station in such a condition that it requires emergency repairs? For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Jim, what is interesting is association members still do not know the answer from OPA to a simple question about the OPA bylaws. The question is: Is there any way OPA can spend millions on this project without a referendum? Only answer I am aware of might be - the board declares the project an emergency. |
