using a stop watch pretend to open the envelope your ballot comes in, remove the ballot, the ballot envelope and the postage paid return envelope.  Fill in the ballot, put it in the ballot envelope and then put that in the return envelope.  now look at the stop watch and make note of the time.

Using the same stop watch turn on your computer, log in then go to the OP web site where you would cast your ballot, mark the ballot and then hit "send".  Now make note of the time.

I'm betting the difference is no more than two minutes?  If I'm right please tell me who in OP can't afford two minutes out of their busy day to fill out a paper ballot?
