I get that and I agree. Just asking if OPA consistently follows the bylaws on this question. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I know OPA asks for proposals every time a garbage collection contract is about to expire. 
For much of recent history, OPA self-managed food and beverage - with terrible financial results, for the most part. All the board is doing is seeking proposals from management firms since the current contract is set to expire next year. The board is doing its due diligence as is its obligation under the member/approved bylaws. |
