I get that and I agree. Just asking if OPA consistently follows the bylaws on this question.
I suspect that is generally the case. That said, sometimes companies don’t want to even bid with OPA for one reason or another. In other words, there is no absolute answer to the question you pose. That is why “where possible” or words to that effect are in the bylaws. I am always amused at what attracts a lot of duscussion. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The board is doing its due diligence as is its obligation under the member/approved bylaws. I get that and I agree. Just asking if OPA consistently follows the bylaws on this question. |
