I'm still able to take my small amount (as you) to the transfer station in Berlin. The cost is $1 for a 33gal bag. They accept everything i.e. cardboard, metal, wood, as long as you are not a contractor.
Did that for years went to Republic after shoulder surgery. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I am in the same situation. The half-size bins are more than likely due to the height, not the footprint. The main problem is the width. I will never be able to park my car in the garage again. I do not have that much trash. I put out a 13-gallon kitchen trash bag once every week and a half to two weeks. I find it a burden to have to roll that bin out to the street for one small bag of trash. Possibly, this may be the time for OP to let us select our own company for trash removal. |
