99 years but not a Sale.  The dumbest thing OPA did was letting them build on our property and we never even knew. If I had not gone over there and looked at the property line OPA would probably still not know.
Sounds like your other plan to virtually give away the golf course. Sorry. You and I will never agree on this. $1 million in cash would be gone instantly and we would no longer own from beach to bay. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: The offer from Seacrets was not a sale, it was only a modification of our existing lease agreement. Seacrets offered us $1,000,000.00 cash to extend the term to 99 years. Basically added $10,000 a year to the rent in today’s dollars. OPA not accepting the offer from Seacrets was one of the dumbest business decisions I’ve ever heard of. Marty |
