I would say the cottage comfort food thingee is not what the YC needs. The South Gate does a good job w that.
Two off subject points - your edit function is not working, it lets you edit but freezes up when you hit submit. also, did your grandfather or great grandfather sell dressed poultry in several city markets 100 years ago ? There was a Reynolds early on involved w the Baltimore Dressed Poultry co. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Nothing is hopeless and we do not know for sure Sodel will be managing. We will know soon. I have not been to a Cottage Cafe in years. Are they not doing much business - or what? The YC dining room needs remodeling. Looks too much like a cafeteria. Menu? Everyone has an opinion. We will know there is a good menu when the dining room is busy for lunch and dinner. Any new management should tread carefully when it comes to weekends on the deck. That has been the business aspect making money. |
