Ortt had no risk
Not to quibble, but if I hire someone to manage my restaurant I can hardly expect him to assume any of the expenses. I am the entrepreneur. It's my capital at risk not his. As for risk viz a viz Ortt, he incurred the risk of being fired which is precisely what happened. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where:
As for who paid for what under Ortt, association members paid for everything . OPA funded a checking account and Ortt wrote checks on it for every expense, including labor. Ortt had no risk. This new contract is a lease, i assume with proifit sharing. |
