| Joe, did Matt Ortt really have a checking account in which he could write out checks for all expenses including labor? did he write checks for Worker’s Compensation insurance for the employees. Did he write checks for insurances such as liquor, liability, fire, etc. Did he renew the liquor licenses? There’s a lot of expenses that goes with running a restaurant. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where:
As for who paid for what under Ortt, association members paid for everything . OPA funded a checking account and Ortt wrote checks on it for every expense, including labor. Ortt had no risk. This new contract is a lease, i assume with proifit sharing. |
