Why do people get their panties all in a bunch over coal fired plants? With today's technology the scrubbers on the stacks eliminate the harmful ash and gasses, no different than natural gas.
You are making a big assumption that these old Maryland coal plants can be modified as you suggest at a cost the owners feel is viable for future profit. |
