Yeah, I am "gonna blame the County because of some mistake a laborer made and didn't tell anyone." They didn't drop the rake but they certainly dropped the ball.
As I said in my original post, Chip argued for OPA ratepayers with the outside commissioners and lost. It was a County laborer who didn't fess up and County workers that didn't catch the mistake or the resultant decrease in effluent quality, as they should have. That quality should be tested weekly if not more frequently Fairness dictated that the County should have shouldered the cost. The fact that they stepped up for another system just rubs salt in the original wound. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Certainly, the rake issue was brought to public attention. Are you gonna blame the County because of some mistake a laborer made and never told anyone? Or am I missing your point? |
