For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I did read it. I get the part about threatening legal action against the County as an entity. What I don't understand is what is meant to threaten to advance claims against certain Commissioners. It sounds like a threat to take civil action, e.g. lawsuit with monetary damages, against individual Commissioners should they vote to take formal action that punishes OPA rate payers. |
