For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: According to a letter received by Ocean Pines ROC from ACE printing, Mr. Farr has prevailed in what he attempted to do and ACE Printing has withdrawn from this very flawed RFP process. By the Board disregarding the Committee’s recommendation, they have at the very least added another $13,0000 to secure an election contract and have potentially exposed OPA to legal challenges by ACE Printing. I have no doubt, that the Board majority will continue to praise the chairperson of the Election Committee on a job well done. |
