To clarify.
My understanding is Ransdell had the election contractor deliver the ballots to his home AFTER the election, in violation of the procedures he was supposed to follow. He apologized. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: “Ransdell also had the ballots from the last election delivered to his home. Ransdell seems to do what he pleases, not what the governing docsuments specify.” I am sorry…he did what, now? Did he provide any reason for having done this? How can this possibly be allowed? |
