Looked to me that Cheryl was incensed at what she thought was certain board members pressuring Ransdell to change his vote on the Committee recommendation.
I recall someone bringing that up. However, that is not what incensed her in my opinion. You will note she strongly pointed out that the Election Committee had voted to select an election contractor. She was upset about the board not accepting that decision. If Ransdell changed his vote, it would not change the committee decision. Ransdell, quite obviously, tried to influence the board to not accept the Committee decision. He was successful. |
