I wouldn't assume anything with the Committee. The meeting is just dealing with election timeline not anything re contractor. Again, the Committee brought up their suggestion that election results not be released until Annual Meeting. John Latham says the Board does not support that.
My public comment was requesting more transparency regarding this Committee's meetings and minute. Election Chair stayed Committee is awaiting guidance from attorney on next steps with election contractor. |
