I was just called and asked about the article in Ocean City Today.  I going right out and and try to find a copy.

When web page appears click on the photo of the OC Today newspaper on left side of page.

Another web page will appear.  Click on the "Click to Enter" link to get to e-OC today.

Near top of page open pull down menu for pages and click on A17.

When page A17 appears put your cursor on the article.  Do one left click and the article appears in larger type on the right side of the page.  Do a second left click and the type is even larger.  After the article appears on the right side of the page in the size font you want, move the line dividing the page to the far left side and the article will then fill the full page or your monitor.

The article is regarding a potential significant OPA special assessment increase where Dan Stachurski is quoted as saying since the contract has been signed for the building and Blades would have to be paid.  He further stated that stopping the project now may result in a special assessment of $500 above the regular annual assessment.
