Joe They take on a fiduciary responsibility. I am not sure how relevant this is, but OPA - like most organizations - has Directors & Officers Insurance to cover their errors and omissions. etc. Gene |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I did not claim anything. I believe there are scenarios where directors can be personally liable. They take on a fiduciary responsibility. Perhaps a lawyer in the crowd could add some general light on this issue. |
