Marty, what I'm saying is pertty simple; you have, at this time, the option to spend two mil give or take and have nothing of value to show for it or you can spend five point four mil and have a community center to show for it.  It's your choice.

This is not "Back to the Future."  There is no correction for the "means" except a worse "end."  If you want to help make sure that this type of "means" (and the type which lead to the pool enclosure) never happens again, run for the position of Director next summer.  Together we could stop this stuff at the beginning instead of chasing it after the barn door is left open.
