Bill:

I sent you a letter on September 6, 2006.  In that correspondence, which you never answered, I asked the following question:

        "It is clear that Mr. Stachurski and some other directors believe that the $5,372,794.00 budget summary for the proposed new community center meets the test of the referendum wording"

        "The referendum question also states "It will be funded by the sale of 19 OPA-owned building lots within the community and the sale of the 2.8 acre commercial property."  Mr. Stachurski and some other directors seem to believe that the net proceeds will provide the $5,372,794.00 number set out in the budget." 

        "Bill, is there anything that can be done by you and our board to stop the construction start until after the sale of these properties is complete and the money is in the bank?"

Bill, any addition costs generated between now and the petition referendum are on your and your fellow board members shoulders, not mine.
