For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: i purchased my house for the proximity to ocean city and the ocean. So did we Russ and I expect most everyone else as well. However if you elected to purchase that home by the Ocean in Ocean Pines then you bought into an amenty community and all that entails. Been that way since 1968. |
