And you can thank Evan Anderson for negotiating with Boise for the complete turnover of all amenities, including the glassware, silverware, etc. in the clubs, at no cost to the property owner. At other Boise properties, the property owners had to pay for the amentities. Bud | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Jack: There have been some differences over time. For example when I first bought in Ocean Pines non performing amenities like the equestrian center were abandon and torn down, and today we are expected to help pay for a new $5.4 million non performing amenity.
