| My reply had absolutely nothing to do with Russ's opinion on the CC or whether amenities should be evaluated over time and replaced, updated...whatever. I was simply addressing the "implication" in Russ's post that the only reason he moved to Ocean Pines was to be close to the Ocean and amenities were not a consideration. If that were the case he may have been better off choosing a non-amenity community. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Jack: There have been some differences over time. For example when I first bought in Ocean Pines non performing amenities like the equestrian center were abandon and torn down, and today we are expected to help pay for a new $5.4 million non performing amenity.
