gary , when they first proposed everything ,they acted like they were on top of everything. but once they started blaming the hurricanes and fuel prices, they lost all creditability. that's when they went into their secret mode and tried to make everything look o.k. . instead of admitting the truth that they messed up and didn't do their homework , they kept the same company (design atlantic) , and kept pushing the project through. russ | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hi Russ,I agree with most of you post but you have me a little confused.I don't understand how people that voted yes would have expected this to turn out any other way.The then sitting board had not shown the capability of running any of the other projects,deteriorating community center,swim and racquet,Yacht club,etc.Everyone who voted yes has to take some responsibility for this turn of events.You had a runaway train and the yes voters were saying "All aboard" In my view a yes vote was also a vote of confidence in the then sitting board. |
