For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: gary , when they first proposed everything ,they acted like they were on top of everything. but once they started blaming the hurricanes and fuel prices, they lost all creditability. that's when they went into their secret mode and tried to make everything look o.k. . instead of admitting the truth that they messed up and didn't do their homework , they kept the same company (design atlantic) , and kept pushing the project through. russ |
