For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I think some range of estimated costs to rehab the existing community hall should be included in data enclosed with the referendum package such as a prospectus or fact sheet. Would you really believe any estimated costs the BOD gave to rehab the community hall? Don't you think it would be a low-ball figure? It could go from just repairing the roof and repainting the inside to a complete renovation with new or additional a/c, new floor, new bathrooms, lighting, etc. What's to be believed? |
