| this is just ludicrous that any of our buildings are left is such disrepair. Its been almost 2 years since the referendum went out to build this new cc. we have money for a covered pool? There is no sense to this behaviour. We obviously need less politics and more good people with good business sense. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: That was all part of the sell job to get the referendum passed. Let the building deteriorate to a condition where the only choice is to build a new one. We were told it would cost $1.5MM to fix the building vs. only $3.9MM for a new one and $78,000 to knock the building down. Once the referendum was passed fixing the building was put back on the table as all of a sudden the building was to good to knock down. In the mean time water damage continues to drive the cost of repair up. |
