Cheap shot if you are talking about OPA employees. An incorrect shot if you are talking about the board, as the current board is extremely unlikely to be around to take care of anything after August. I'm talking about anyone and everyone in an position within OPA who had any authority or responsibility for taking care of our amenities, beginning with not raising assessments to fund maintenance to not bothering to do the maintenance in the first place. And there is no better example of this than the roof of the old community hall. If the shoe fits anyone, then wear it. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Worse, the same people who were charged with taking care of our current amenities, including the community hall, will probably be in charge of taking care of the new CC, assuming of course one it ever built. Pure hyperbole. |
