While I have been in the Community Hall only twice, I do not find it to be a very attractive or well designed venue.  I understand a "miracle makeover" could make the existing structually sound facility more attractive and useful, but I believe the current and future users would be better served by a new facility architected to fit the intended community uses (keeping in mind the principle "form follows function").  I also believe the residents of Ocean Pines have spoken for a NEW Community Center, not a refurbishment of the existing facility.  Furthermore, being structually sound, should not be the only or most relevant criteria in deciding the course to take for an improved Community Center.
