Needless to say I have been voting for the wrong individuals and they all end up on the Board. You are not alone. OPA needs a complete shakeup. We are seeing the results of 30-years or so of drifting along is some status-quo trance all bureaucracies seem to produce over time. There are perhaps four on the board who might be willing to do what needs to be done, but it is a grand move they might decide is not worth the grief. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, My wife and I have been homeowners since 2001, when we built our first home in OP. I try to keep abreast of all the happenings there, and also thought that I have voted for the right individuals to keep our community and its amenities in a positive cash flow. Needless to say I have been voting for the wrong individuals and they all end up on the Board. |
