For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Speaking of OPA management, does anyone know if the OPA decision to build the enclosure for the SC pool has resulted in enough new memberships to support the costs incurred to build the enclosure? All indicators thus far point to a resounding NO. In fact, users can't support the operation, much less the cost to build. |
