Had a hamburger at Fager's tonight. Asked for medium rare; it was raw; sent it back. It happens. I'll go back to Fager's AND the Yacht Club from time to time as well. It doesn't make sense to cut it out of the pattern because of an occasional bad experience especially since we subsidize the losses. No matter how good or bad a restaurant is, if it doesn't get the traffic it loses money. Plus a restaurant that gets sporadic rather than steady business is hard pressed to order and staff correctly thus exacerbating the problem.

How about you making a positive contribution instead of blaming me for the Area 51 cover up.

You mean like spending my money eating a raw hamburger at the YC when ordered well done, or like my wife pulling a piece of plastic out of her mouth after taking a bite of her chicken chesapeake, or are you talking about maybe me donating a little money to the YC so they can get a new water heater so next mothers day we can have hot water in the rest room to wash our hands with. Marty, I don't blame you for anything, you after all are only one director, as a matter of fact, the only thing I blame the
BODs for is not looking around OP and seeing for themselves some of the problem areas and not taking the GM to task. I've been told all my life that everyone has a boss, it appears that OPA GM and management in general has no one to answer to.
