What qualifications and experience are you looking for in a board member?

Experience, per se, is the least important factor, other than to give me a good idea of how somebody may act based on what they have done previously.  I would be much more impressed and more likely to vote for someone who I believe has common sense, enthusiasm, and is a fiscal conservative.  It is critical that the person I vote for is sensitive, not only to Ocean Pines' needs, but the financial capabilities of the many residents with limited financial income/savings.
