He wants to maintain our properties in the proper manner, make us live within our means, and keep assessments reasonable. Nancy Who doesn't? Ted Ted, The last couple of BoDs did not. They wanted to let the properties fall apart, start new projects, and not raise assessments at all. See my recent post to Joe. I know you have not been here long....but just before you came ...things were a MESS!Very bad decisions were made and that is how we got into trouble. Nancy |
