For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: .......why would it have been necessary to add the changed wording in the new lease? Maybe the change in wording is the result of Seacrets writing the new lease and sending it to OPA for their review and signature. If I remember correctly that's what was occurring with the proposed 99-year, in that Seacrets wrote the lease and sent it to OPA for their signature. Who wrote the new lease? |
