I don't think anyone is disputing that the parking lot is the same. Forget the legal-eagle stuff all together -- why would we lease them control over the entire property? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, PLEASE! ENOUGH! The new lease was reorganized and updated. Therefore wording changed and some clauses were added. Both the 1999 and 2008 leases reference the same May 17, 1982 Deed which the new lease refers to as well. The deed encompasses the entire property. The 1999 and 2008 both say ".... more particularly described in a certain Deed dated May 17, 1982...". It is clear that the leases are for the same property as described in the same deed. Ted
